An exciting opportunity has arisen to make a significant contribution to the wellbeing and recovery of people with mental health issues in Kings Heath and Moseley. You will be joining a small team of dedicated paid staff and volunteers, managed by an energetic and motivated management committee.
We are seeking an experienced Volunteer Coordinator with experience of recruiting and managing a team of volunteers.
You will have the ability to respond to the changing landscape of community-based well-being services and have a good understanding of equal opportunities along with a recovery focussed attitude to people who have experienced mental health difficulties. You must be a strong communicator and be a leader who has experience of recruiting and managing volunteers. You will be committed to the principles of person-centred working and the values of KINMOS
